• on more extensive projects we like to be part of the team - assisting your designer / architect, general contractor and engineer with the information needed to deliver the best possible services to you

• we will work with your design/build team, provide a team for you, or refer you to competent professionals with whom we work closely

• we always complete a preliminary plan review, not simply for bid purposes, but as importantly to address any issues that may result in errors, revisions, or just preferable design opportunities.  We know that good analysis of design and connection details in the early stages, accurate math and a proofed final plan are essential for a dynamic, efficient construction flow

• when scope of work is defined, a contract, timetable, and fee schedule will be established to the mutual benefit of the builder and customer
